From 11–15 March 2026, HELLERAU – European Centre for the Arts, as host of the 17th edition of Tanzplattform Deutschland 2026, presents 13 of the most remarkable German dance productions of the past two years and, through an accompanying programme, offers opportunities for networking, discussion, and exchange.
Journalists Thaddäus Maria Jungmann and Veronica Posth accompany Tanzplattform Deutschland 2026 beyond the official programme, sharing their impressions and perspectives on the festival and the selected productions in both German- and English-language contributions. As part of a cooperation between the review platform tanzschreiber of Tanzbüro Berlin and HELLERAU – European Centre for the Arts, the organisers of Tanzplattform Deutschland 2026, their articles are published on tanzschreiber.de as well as on tanzplattform2026.de.
